      they are a nicely portable size, aren’t they? and with these cloth weavings, I have the sense that they will accept AS MUCH stitching as you are willing to apply… so again, good for travel. have a nice time.

      thanks, Dana. I blew the profile of the steeple, but I’m going to live with it. Also not including the right flank of the church in order to keep design graphic and fitting in 10 inches square.

        I really love the heart with checkerboard like shape on it. I may put a very small bit of red in mine, ok?

          of course, yes. the checkerboard within the central heart on mine ended up being two shades of blue (silk) instead of the reds. I like how it pops.

    That hemstitched roofline reminds me of altar linens that I used to make … perfect for a church. And I too love seeing how it moved from page to cloth.
