They have such an old west look about them and they remind me of a set my mom had way back when. Love your Solstice gatherings. I oohed, ahhed and gazed at the moon at work tonight and read from my Silence book on my lunch. That’s about as much honoring as I could get to 🙂 xo
The first was a pile of broccoli rabe sautéed with garlic. I don’t know how I lived the first 35 years of my life without rabe! Yes I remember the dish comment. They come in blue, too.
Hers were a pale sage green, faded looking 🙂

I love this post too. I really got a taste and tone from it. Such an efficient and useful Solstice there. Here all day mostly sleeping but by mid afternoon I was back at the knots and glue of the pennant for Mo I want to mail Saturday….rain or balmy mist all evening, some cooking and eating in between, plus three final other packages readied for the post leaving one I’m unsure of finishing.
