I love that your son allows his picture to be taken for the internet. When our son was here last month he very politely said “no”. I loved that cartoon or the two viewpoints. I loved listening to Dr Hill testify. I fear nothing will happen as this goes forward but one can always have hope that something will happen. One difference- there are more “former” Republicans now. Not Becoming Democrats but no longer drinking the Republican Kool-Aid.

Well I understand saying NO. I don’t use their names here but it hardly matters. A moron with dial up could track them down in a heartbeat. My older son refuses to do ancestry tho. Last year we gave him a kit. I think his skepticism is warranted. If I were younger I might worry about it, too.

I just wish the retiring members of the GOP would use the fact that they have no skin in the game to speak out. Do the right thing. But they don’t.

My son is horrified that people do ancestry tests. As a computer professional he wipes the internet of any even slight evidence of his existence. He puts up with us will such kindness but wonders how we get thru a day safely.

    J. and I watch Children of Men a couple times a year. For this specific season it’s gotta be Home for the Holidays. Anne Bancroft kills. So does everybody else in the outstanding cast but for me it’s Anne’s movie.

You are made of tougher stuff than I. Not sure I could take the film 2x a year. Last year, in fact, I only got about 1/2 hour in.

Good to know about Home for the Holidays.
