And lest you think my reaction to the crowd at the protest this week was over the top, check out the number of new cases in Massachusetts today. Almost 500. Now the curve is going down. That’s comforting. But it doesn’t escape notice that states where the curves are spiking and people are alarmed, they’re reporting cases in the 400’s.
In Massachusetts, the reporting of 400+ cases is just Saturday. Or Tuesday.

Yeah I don’t know why those folks have that horse. There certainly aren’t any horses nearby.
You have such a pretty neighbourhood for walking…..mine is pretty too, but different……rural. Shrouded in fog this morning with a spooky moon glowing through.
There was a peaceful protest/support gathering in Sydney yesterday, at the last minute a magistrate declared it a legal gathering, a big step. Pictures from the air showed people physically distanced……it will be interesting to see if there’s a spike in cases.
I wonder if Mo was there.

I read about the cancellation. I am so heartened by the outpouring of protestors here in the US and also worried about the virus spreading.
(((Dee))) love that garden gate, you live is such a pretty town but y’know trees really don’t enjoy wearing knitted sleeves, the tree’s bark does a very good job at protection and prefers free air movement, the knitted covering can harbour fungal diseases and unwanted insects.

love the bird font (a Barry Smith/Rustnstuff term) … and yeah, I would have missed the horse … when I see something novel to me, I check myself by leading with “Is that new?” (often it isn’t)
