It was a difficult week here, and not surprisingly, I find myself sick and tired with a cold. A warm, vigorous wind whips up the air and leaves outside, portending rain.
Not much else to say right now. I wish the heavens would open up.
The change in seasons is always rough. It is cold, windy and rainy in NYC. I am sure it will head your way soon. I will trade the autumn wind for the summer wind any day.
Deanna, Ginny – thank you… and, having learned on BONES last night (oh god, you say, you are confessing to watching another crap program?!!) that people write in certain recognizable ways, I think I know who anonymous is… and thank you, too.
Hi Cindy… the funny thing about these heads is that they can reflect so many moods. Yesterday, she looked dazed to me, but now I can see a word you used on your blog, ‘determination’…
thanks, Karen… the collage is paper (some copies of quilts) and then at some point, I transferred a copy of the collage to fabric for another iteration… the cold is starting to move on out, thank goodness.
wishing you a better week to come. take care.
