I have so much to say, it’s tongue-tying me.

This card showed up on the floor behind the couch. Honestly, I don’t know where it was but it feels like proof of something — leprechauns? A benevolent universe trying to send a message? And if the latter, what message?
I did a whole series of poppy quilts back in the day. I liked the shape and color of them, but also how they stood for both remembering (WWI) and forgetting (opium).
Look at the date (‘02). I can hardly believe it’s been 23 years since I stitched this quilt!

Meanwhile the garden responds to rain and warm temps with a generosity that never fails to impress.

Dee~ the first two pics show “tongue-tying” quite well to me. The garden is so lush and beautiful. It must be grand to enjoy it at this time of year. Isn’t it funny…time…how both slow and quick it can go all at once?! Be well.
Let me know if you think of the word that was coming to you in regards to the cloud/wire photo.
