PT worked me hard yesterday and I was awake til two, so I may join Finn later on one couch or the other for a snooze.
I really have been seeing (I meant SEWING!) and have some things to share, but this is what is most immediate this morning.
The Ugly Bill passed by one vote this morning. Three Democrats have died since November, one of them Gerry Connolly.
Now it goes to the Senate. Hopefully some good changes will be wrought there?
And (this is no small aside), AOC should’ve been the Chair of the Oversight Committee. Thanks Nancy.
Pelosi and Jake Tapper could run a popularity contest this week.
The weather is awful, but it will pass, I hope that is true of a lot of other shit.

Dee~ Besides the PT workout, how are you feeling? I hope that ick passed. Finney-Boy looks human (or maybe just like me!), curled up on the couch like that. Your brother has probably told you, but we’ve been up into the low 90’s. I hope we get some cool June Gloom before summer.
Just look at this body of work…spread out and layers deep. For some reason, I pictured it all in a Gallery setting – on the walls, circling the white-walled space…with white rectangular pedestals stacked high with copies of your book. All for sale so your work would be able to spread out into the world, touching more and more souls. The cloth – the book, connecting home, heart and the people important to us.

I have most of the fabrics for that last imaged piece….gonna try and make my own……well see…..I might go down the European Soccer rabbit hole….I don’t understand the game rules but it doesn’t seem to matter much.
Sometimes we just need background noise. My brother is a soccer fan so I know how involved one can get.
