Merry Christmas all!
I am really looking forward to another year of getting to know various artists here and elsewhere online… it’s one of the best things that began to happen in ’09!
Tonight’s menu —
* baked ham
* risotto (instead of the usual au gratin potatoes)
* sweet potatoes baked in cider with red onions and Granny Smith apples
* buttermilk biscuits (hope they don’t come out like hockey pucks this year!) and
* watercress, iceberg salad with a tangy vinaigrette.
COOKIES for dessert and maybe creme brulee if the house gets cleaned up quickly (and with help).
