Athena is getting cleaned up. Right in front of ASAP Drains, Salem. The truck with all the scaffolding nearly blocked the route to my sister’s on the way in, but was unloaded, parked, and the scaffolding all set up by the time I was returning with her ten prescriptions.
Petals fell like snow.
Before trundling off to Salem, I spattered myself with bleach. It’s okay. These are one pair of my “pumpkin pants” — so named for how they make my ass look. Honestly, I should have given them away ages ago. Instead, I’ll tie-bleach them and cut ’em up.
Remains cold here in the Northeast. A good night for boiled dinner.
And for watching funny, poignant TV — off now, to watch the final two episodes of “Grace and Frankie”.
what a beautiful tree is it a dogwood?
Yes. And it was just so pretty how it draped over the pavers and dropped its petals…
Pumpkin pants…good one!
No one’s ass should look like a pumpkin! Begone pumpkin pants …
Bleach has never been allowed in my house due to regrettable laundry mishaps at my mother’s house … now it would be banned for its toxicity, though. I use Clorox 2 and live with imperfect whites …
I don’t use bleach for laundry… this was to clean two years worth of guck and staining off of the strings to my kitchen Roman shades… would Clorox 2 work as well?
