The talented Yeats family

May 12, 2026

Last week a friend picked me up and we went to a Boston College exhibit about the Yeats family.

When I did a semester in Dublin in the 70’s, I visited the Yeats household and in college wrote at least one paper about WB Yeats, but I either forgot or never learned how talented and expressive the entire family was. There were painters, set designers, needle artists, and printers. Not surprisingly, most of my photos are of the needlework.
