I seem to be obsessed in a minor way (is that possible). Over on instagram, I’ve begun a category called “fiberinfusedlandscapes”.
I miss hand sewing! Pins up high, high. All cloth tucked away. Harder to pull out and go.
Today the dog lesson went like this: Socks are better than behinds, but slippers trump everything.
Ever smitten with composites! Cloth melds well with so much, yes? Brings *new eyes* to familiar subjects when they’re layered together. Swell stuff, Dee ;>]]
Thanks christi. Now maybe back to some stitching!
The coloration of your fibery landscape is so gorgeous! This is a great combination.
It sounds like Boston got the teeth of the big storm. I hope you are okay.
We certainly got a lot of snow. Worcester got more. No school for two days. No T service for one. And cold. Its been cold. But in this house we had really good food and relaxing concersations. A friend who couldnt return to the vineyard stayed with us. And the puppy LOVES the snow. So! Better than ok.
Wonderful! Snow under those conditions is a blessing.
Love this image a lot….
I’m here in western MA and deciding what to mosaic – this post was inspiration – thank you!
Thank you for chiming in! I will be checking out your blog later. A cursory look reveals lots of outrage. That’s good by me!!
